Pengaruh Terapi Menulis Terapeutik (Scriptotherapy) Pada Tingkat Kecemasan Kesehatan

Kasus peningkatan penyakit kronis dan multimorbiditas akan semakin tinggi jika ditambahkan perilaku Kesehatan penderita yang tidak sehat. Hubungan penyakit kronis dengan masalah psikologis salah satunya kecemasan ditemukan berhubungan sangat kuat. Salah satu cara dalam menangani masalah psikologis kecemasan pada Kesehatan adalah terapi menulis terapeutik. Desain penelitian ini adalah Pre Experimental dengan satu kelompok diberikan terapi menulis dan diukur pre dan post kecemasan, Jumlah sampel adalah 32 responden dengan Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Hasil p Value lebih dari 0,005 yang berarti tidak ada pengaruh terapi menulis pada perubahan skor kecemasan Kesehatan. Hal ini dikarenakan oleh durasi terapi, lingkungan dan perlu adanya kombinasi dengan konseling.
