Pengaruh Spiritualitas terhadap Peningkatan Quality of Life Pasien Stroke: A Literatur Review

Penelitian berupa systematic review yang bertujuan untuk menilai spiritual pasien terhadap kualitas hidup penderita stroke. Penelitian ini berbasis data elektronik (PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar) mencari artikel international yang relevan dalam bahasa inggris dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir. Hasil pencarian difokuskan pada Spiritualitas, dan kualitas hidup pasien stroke. Pemilihan studi, penilaian kritis, ekstraksi data dan sintesis data dilakukan sesuai dengan metodologi JBI. Tujuh studi yang diambil, dan hampir semua studi melaporkan terdapat hubungan antara spiritualitas pasien dengan tingkat quality of life yang dimiliki pasien. Heterogenitas dalam hal ini penelitian dilaporkan mengenai bentuk instrumen penelitian, durasi pelaksanaan, dan hasil. Spiritualitas terbukti berpengaruh pada tingkat kualitas hidup pasien.
