Efektivitas Aplikasi Mobile Health yang Mendukung Kualitas Hidup ODHA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas mobile health application dalam mendukung kualitas hidup orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Tinjauan penelitian ini mengakses empat database yaitu Pubmed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect dan Scopus dengan tinjauan menggunakan Item Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA). Kelayakan artikel: populasi adalah ODHA, intervensi adalah mobile health aplication untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup ODHA, desain penelitian dipilih menggunakan Randomized Controlled Trial, dan diterbitkan dari tahun 2017 hingga 2022. Kata kunci disesuaikan dengan Medical Subject Heading yaitu “Mobile Health Aplication" DAN "Quality of Life" DAN "PLWHA" Sebanyak 484 artikel ditemukan dari database Pubmed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect dan Scopus setelah disaring sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. 8 artikel yang telah dianalisis menunjukkan hasil bahwa mobile health application dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup ODHA. Efektivitas aplikasi mobile health dapat diterapkan untuk mendukung kualitas hidup ODHA yang meliputi kesehatan fisik, psikologi, hubungan sosial dan lingkungan. Intervensi ini mudah diterapkan pada pasien dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital yang berkembang pesat saat ini, mobile health application sebagai pilihan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup ODHA. Mobile health application masih terfokus pada level individu, sehingga kurang efektif pada komunitas dan masih sulit untuk melacak peserta benar-benar membaca atau tidak informasi yang tersedia. Namun dari semua hasil penelitian, penggunaan aplikasi mobile health efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup ODHA. Intervensi ini dapat dipromosikan sebagai strategi terapeutik di masa depan.
