Pelaksanaan Continuing Professional Development (CPD) dengan Profesionalisme sebagai Upaya Kepastian Jenjang Karir Perawat

CPD merupakan proses yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap individu perawat dalam rangka mempertahankan dan memperbaharui perkembangan pelayanan kesehatan melalui penetapan standar yang tinggi dari praktik profesional. CPD adalah serangkaian kegiatan dan bagian dari proses jenjang karir perawat di Rumah sakit karena dengan CPD perawat dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dalam melayani pasien, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill serta mendukung profesionalisme dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan CPD dengan profesionalitas perawat sebagai bentuk dan upaya mendukung kepastian karir perawat. Penelitian ini menngunakan desain cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel yakni total purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 141. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RS Unhas Makassar pada Juli-November 2024. Hasil Penelitian yakni CPD berhubungan dengan profesionalisme perawat dengan nilai p-value 0,000<0,005 artinya tersapat hubungan secara statistik.
