Peningkatan Fungsi Paru dan Kualitas Hidup pada Pasien Pasca Tuberculosis melalui Rehabilitasi Paru: Systematic Review

Penyakit Tuberculosis mengakibatkan kerusakan pada parenkim serta anatomi paru sehingga dapat menurunkan fungsi paru dan kualitas hidup penderitanya. Dari phenomena tersebut intervensi rehabilitasi paru dibutuhkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui intervensi rehabilitasi paru terhadap peningkatan fungsi paru dan kualitas hidup pada pasien pasca tuberculosis. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic review berdasarkan tahapan pada Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analisis (PRISMA). Artikel dikumpulkan dari lima data base jurnal yaitu PubMed, ProQuest, Cochrane, Sage, dan Science Direct yang berjumlah 2.481, kemudian artikel diseleksi sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi serta dilakukan penilaian kritis menggunakan Instrumen JBI terhadap artikel yang terpilih. Hasil review artikel dari tahun 2018-2023, didapatkan enam artikel yang terpilih, empat artikel melaporkan ada perbaikan fungsi paru setelah menjalani rehabilitasi paru, sedangkan untuk peningkatan kualitas hidup semua artikel sepakat bahwa rehabilitasi paru dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien pasca tuberculosis. Kesimpulan hasil review artikel untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dalam intervensi rehabilitasi paru maka diperlukan kesabaran dan ketekunan baik bagi perawat selaku tenaga kesehatan dan khususnya pasien itu sendiri, karena intensitas dan durasi latihan harus diperhatikan untuk memperoleh hasil yang maksimal.
