Peran Continuing Professional Development (CFD) dalam Meningkatkan Performansi Kerja Ditinjau dari Persepsi Perawat

Peran perawat dalam layanan kesehatan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pelayanan keperawatan dan proses penyembuhan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan (CFD) dan performansi kerja perawat di RSUD “SR”. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan koefisien korelasi Pearson, temuan menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan tingkat moderat antara pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan dan kinerja kerja perawat (r=.341, p=0.000) pada interval kepercayaan 95%. Hasil menolak hipotesis nol, menunjukkan bahwa seiring dengan peningkatan kinerja kerja perawat, pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan juga meningkat. Kesimpulan ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya di Indonesia. Implikasi diskusi menyoroti pentingnya dukungan pengelola layanan kesehatan untuk partisipasi perawat dalam pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Kebijakan institusional yang mendukung peran profesional perawat juga diperlukan. Penelitian mendatang disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor lain yang memengaruhi kedua variabel tersebut.
