Prediktor Nyeri Post Operasi Pasien Ortopedi

Nyeri akut pasca operasi yang tidak terkontrol dengan baik dapat menyebabkan peningkatan morbiditas, gangguan fungsional dan kualitas hidup, waktu pemulihan yang lama, durasi penggunaan opioid yang berkepanjangan, serta biaya perawatan kesehatan yang lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, penting mengetahui faktor prediktor yang terkait dengan kejadian nyeri post operasi. Tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor prediktor nyeri pascaoperasi pada pasien bedah ortopedi. Artikel ini mengunakan kajian literatur yang diperoleh melalui pencarian data pada database Science Direct, Scopus, Sage Pub, Springer Link dengan kriteria inklusi yaitu artikel yang dipublikasi tahun 2016-2021, berbahasa inggris dan full text dan diperoleh 7 artikel terpilih. Banyak prediktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya nyeri pasca operasi ortopedi, baik dari faktor pre operatif, intra operatif maupun post operatif. Dengan memahami kemungkinan faktor-faktor tersebut akan dapat meningkatkan manajemen nyeri pasca operasi dengan baik pasca operasi ortopedi.
