Intervensi Back Exercise Berbasis Digital terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Kronik pada Pasien Low Back Pain (LBP): Systematic Review

Low back pain (LBP) dapat meningkatkan disabilitas dan beban ekonomi bagi pemerintah. Disabilitas yang terkait dengan low back pain meningkat hingga 70% dari total penderitanya dan mengalami kekambuhan dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun. Pengaruh digitalisasi membuat perubahan besar karena dapat mengurangi barier pelayanan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan kajian literatur terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi digital dalam mengurangi nyeri pada penderitanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi latihan punggung berbasis digital dalam mengurangi nyeri pada pasien low back pain . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Review yang dilakukan melalui strategi pencarian pada 9 database yaitu: Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, EBSCOhost, ClinicalKey, ClinicalKey Nursing dan ProQuest dengan total artikel yang didapatkan sebanyak 5.404 artikel. Artikel-artikel tersebut kemudian disaring berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi hingga menyisakan 7 artikel. Sebanyak 7 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria kemudian dilakukan critical appraisal dengan pedoman JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist For Randomized Controlled Trials (JBI-Randomized Controlled Trials) dan JBI Critical Appraisal Checklist For Cohort Studies (JBI-Cohort Studies). Hasil systematic review menunjukkan, bahwa intervensi berbasis teknologi digital baik berupa aplikasi maupun kombinasi pendekatan digital sebagai terapi non-invasif secara signifikan dapat mengontrol nyeri kronis pada pasien low back pain.
