Efektivitas Berbagai Teknik Pemijatan pada Ibu Menyusui untuk Meningkatkan Produksi ASI di Asia: Tinjauan Sistematis

Menyusui permanen dapat berdampak pada perjalanan seseorang melalui kehidupan karena efek negatifnya pada kesehatan anak dan ibu,menyusui telah terbukti meningkatkan kesehatan anak dengan menurunkan kejadian penyakit tidak menular pada anak, meningkatkan kecerdasan, mengurangi infeksi, Menyusui melindungi ibu dari diabetes melitus, kanker ovarium, kanker payudara. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini bagaimana gaya yang berbeda efektif dalam meningkatkan produksi susu, bagaimana melakukan teknik pijat yang berbeda, besarnya hasil pengobatan dan efisiensi.Tinjauan sistematis ini, yang dilakukan antara 2019 - 2023 menggunakan menggunakan Pelaporan Terpilih untuk Tinjauan Sistematis (PRISMA).Hasil Artikel yang banyak di teliti pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 24 artikel atau sebesar (34,28 %) sedangkan artikel yang sedikit pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebanyak 8 artikel atau sebesar (11,43%).Sangat menarik bahwa semua penelitian tentang kemampuan terapi pijat untuk meningkatkan produksi susu dilakukan di Asia. Secara khusus, Indonesia menyumbang berbagai terapi pijat bervariasi antar negara berdasarkan latar belakang budaya.Akibatnya, aromaterapi, pijat sebagian atau seluruh tubuh, termasuk pijat oksitosin, pijat leher, dan pijat seluruh tubuh, semuanya disediakan di Indonesia pijat punggung diselidiki di India.
