Gambaran Aspek Psikososial dalam Quality of Life Pasien dengan Hemodialisa: Scoping Review

Abstract

Penelitian tentang masalah psikososial pasien hemodialisa telah banyak dilakukan, namun penelitian terkait dengan Quality Of Life belum banyak dilakukan review. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran aspek psikologis dan sosial dalam Quality of life pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik dengan hemodialisa melalui kajian literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scoping review, pencarian artikel menggunakan data based Pubmed, Sciencedirect dan Scopus, dengan kata kunci “Psychological AND social AND quality of life AND hemodialysis AND patients AND kidney failure”. Hasil penelitian sebanyak 31 artikel yang dilakukan analisis. Hasil penelitian merangkum temuan dengan tema diantaranya gangguan Quality of life, gangguan psikologi, masalah sosial dan strategi koping yang digunakan. Untuk penelitian selanjuutnya diharapkan dapat menganalisis intervensi keperawatan yang dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan psikososial pasien hemodialisa sehingga biopsikososial pasien dapat terpenuhi dengan baik.
