Peran Perawat pada Fase Preparedness dalam Penanggulangan Bencana: Systematic Review

Bencana alam berpotensi membunuh ribuan orang dalam hitungan menit dan masih banyak lagi dampak negatif yang terjadi setelahnya. Salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang perlu dipersiapkan dalam menghadapi bencana adalah perawat. Meningkatnya frekuensi bencana di seluruh dunia menuntut perawat untuk cukup siap dalam menanggapi bencana agar dapat mengurangi konsekuensi negatif dari peristiwa tersebut. Pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesiapsiagaan perawat terhadap bencana merupakan faktor penting dalam respon yang tepat terhadap meningkatnya kejadian bencana. Untuk mengetahui peran perawat pada fase kesiapsiagaan dalam penanggulangan bencana di rumah sakit. Strategi yang digunakan untuk mencari artikel adalah kerangka Population Concept Context. Basis data menggunakan "ScienceDirect, ProQuest, dan EBSCOhost. Batasan yang digunakan dalam tinjauan sistematis ini adalah artikel berbahasa Inggris dengan publikasi dari 2016 hingga 2021. Pencarian awal menghasilkan 500 artikel dan hanya 11 artikel yang dimasukkan dalam ulasan artikel. Kesiapsiagaan bencana rumah sakit merupakan bentuk penanggulangan bencana yang harus dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah strategis untuk mengurangi dampak bencana.
