Manajemen Cairan pada Anak yang Mengalami Diare melalui Metode Penerapan Teori Konservasi Myra Levine

Diare merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi yang bisa menyebabkan kematian. Beberapa penyebab diare diantarnya adalah adanya malasorbsi, neoplastic, penyakit gastrointestinal. Penyebab lain termasuk intoleransi makanan , efek samping obat atau kondisi post pembedahan Model konservasi Teori Myra Levine merupakan model keperawatan yang mengedepankan konservasi energi, integritas struktur, dan personal . Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan manajeman cairan pada anak diare dengan menggunakan teori konservasi Myra levin. Penelitian diterapkan dengan metode preeksperimental design dengan penerapan studi kasus terhadap sample 39 anak diare di bangsal Amarylis RSUD Wonosari pada Bulan April -Mei 2023. Perawat melakukan pengkajian terhadap kebutuhan cairan anak dengan rata-rata balance usia 0-5 tahun adalah 136 ml dan untuk usia 6-12 tahun dengan rata-rata balance cairan adalah 941 ml. Perawat dapat melakukan pengkajian dengan prinsip pemeliharaani yakni pemeliharaan energi , integritas imunitas tubuh, integritas personal, integritas social (kemampuan pasien untuk menjalin hubungan dengan masyarakat sekitar). Perawat melakukan pendekatan pemeliharaan energi sehingga kebutuhan anak bisa tercukupi dan meningkatkan tingkat kesembuhan.
