Abstract

Kegagalan pengobatan dan kekambuhan pasien TB Paru berakibat pada tingginya tingkat infeksi penularan, resistensi obat, serta angka kematian yang terus meningkat. Ners Short Message Service Intervention merupakan salah satu solusi agar pasien TB Paru patuh untuk menjalani pengobatan hingga tuntas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan Telenursing Ners Short Message Service Intervention terhadap manajemen post perawatan pasien Tuberkulosis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan one grup pretest postest design. Teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu sebanyak 32 responden pasien TB Paru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ciamis tahun 2022. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah the 8-item Morisky Medication Scale. Analisis data menggunakan uji t non parametrik wilcoxon. hasil dari uji wilcoxon test menunjukan angka p value 0,001 (p < a) dengan mean±SD pre (4,38±1,581) dan post (5,66±1,125). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ners Short Message Service Intervention efektif terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan post perawatan pasien TB Paru. Dengan adanya Ners Short Message Service Intervention dapat membantu meningkatkan pemantauan kepatuhan pengobatan TB Paru serta mencegah penularan lebih luas.
