Pengaruh Terapi Spiritual terhadap Aspek Psikologis pada Pasien Hemodialisis: Litertur Review

Abstract

Tindakan hemodialisis selain  terbukti dapat memperpanjang kelangsungan hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronis, hemodialisis juga memiliki dampak negatif pada keseluruhan kualitas pasien, salah satunya pada aspek psikologis. Berbagai pendekatan intervensi yang diberikan kepada pasien dalam mengatasi masalah psikologis seperti masalah kecemasan dan depresi. Salah satunya adalah intervensi berbasis spiritual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi spiritual terhadap masalah psikologis pada pasien hemodialisis.  Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan literatur review yang dilakukan berdasarkan the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) Checklist. Pencarian artikel studi dilakukan pada Desember 2022-Maret 2023 pada database meliputi PubMed, Scopus dan Proquest. Kriteria artikel studi yang akan disertakan dalam analisis dirumuskan berdasarkan PICOT framework. Tujuh  artikel dimasukkan dalam sintesis  akhir. Hasil kajian  review ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi efek yang diperoleh pada dimensi psikologis pasien hemodialisis setelah pemberian intervensi berbasis spiritual yaitu sebanyak tiga artikel melaporkan penurunan dalam skala kecemasan dan depresi dan satu artikel melaporkan efek positif pada status psikologis pasien hemodialisis lainnya termasuk adanya penurunan rasa takut, penurunan keputusasaan, peningkatan skor kesejahteraan spiritual dan kesejahteraan emosional.
