Budaya- Budaya yang Menghambat Health Decision Making Perempuan: Systematic Review

Selama bulan Maret-Agustus 2020 (6 bulan) posyandu berhenti memberikan pelayanan, dimana hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai upaya memutus mata rantai covid-19, sehingga pertumbuhan balita tidak bisa terpantau bahkan cenderung berpotensi risiko terjadinya malnutrisi baru atau malnutrisi yang lebih buruk. Pencegahan stunting pada masa pandemi covid-19 dilakukan dengan cara pelayanan kesehatan diprioritaskan kepada kelompok balita, ibu hamil, dan ibu menyusui. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pelaksanaan pencegahan stunting pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dilakukan dengan pengumpulan informasi dan pengukuran variabel dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuisioner dengan nilai α sebesar 0,896 dengan r tabel 0,444 dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisa univariate (analisa deskriptif). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 6 program pencegahan stunting, 5 program sudah dilaksanakan oleh Puskesmas Mantang yaitu Promosi dan Dukungan Menyusui, Kampanye Gizi Seimbang dan PHBS, Prioritas Layanan pada Balita Melalui Pelayanan Kesehatan atau Kunjungan Rumah, Pemberian Makanan Tambahan Bagi Balita Gizi Kurang dan Ibu Hamil Kurang Energi Kronis, dan Pemberian Suplementasi Gizi.
