Efektivitas Pemberian Psikoedukasi pada Gangguan Psikologis Masa Postpartum: Systematic Review

Abstract

Psikoedukasi dapat menurunkan resiko terjadinya gangguan kesehatan mental pada ibu postpartum. Systematic Review ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas pemberian psikoedukasi pada gangguan psikologis masa postpartum. Evaluasi dari Systematic Review akan menggunakan PRISMA checklist untuk menentukan penyeleksian studi yang telah ditemukan. Protokol yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah CASP (Critical Appraisal Skill Programme). Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 data base yang diantaranya adalah PubMed, ProQuest, Wiley, dan Science direct. Secara independen data diekstraksi dari jurnal yang ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris, diterbitkan antara Juni 2010 dan Juni 2020. Dari 13 penelitian yang secara sistematis meninjau masalah kesehatan mental dan psikoedukasi sebagai intervensinya, 11 diantaranya lolos uji Critical Appraisal. Jurnal yang di review berbasis web dan apliaksi. Dari sebelas jurnal hanya 4 diantaranya yang memiliki magnitude of effect yang menunjukan bahwa psikoedukasi merupakan faktor protectif terhadap gangguan psikologi pada ibu postpartum dan 7 jurnal lainnya menunjukan magnitude of chance (p < 0.05). Studi ini bermakna karena mengungkapkan bukti dari uji coba yang dipublikasikan mengenai efektivitas program psikoedukasi yang menargetkan ibu postpartum. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa intervensi psikoedukasi dapat mengurangi depresi pascapersalinan ibu.
