Abstract

Pemetaan pola spasial kasus Tuberkulosis merupakan hal yang penting sebagai upaya pengendalian kasus dan acuan alokasi sumber daya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola spasial sebaran kasus Tuberkulosis pada tingkat desa/kelurahan di Kabupaten Sarolangun tahun 2018 sampai 2021. Data semua kasus TB tahun 2018-2020 diperoleh dari Sistem Informasi Tuberkulosis Terpadu (SITB) Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jambi. Pada studi ini Getis Ord G* digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola spasial (hotsposts) kasus TB. Analisis Getis Ord G* dijalankan menggunakan aplikasi tidak berbayar Geoda 10.2. Total kasus TB selama empat tahun adalah 3.320 kasus. Hasil studi menunjukkan hotspots ditemukan konsisten terjadi di Kecamatan Alam Barajo, Telanaipura, dan Paal Merah. Penguatan sistem surveilans berbasis active case-finding pada wilayah yang telah teridentifikasi hostspot.
