Kegiatan Rapid Test Antibodi Massal di Kabupaten Kebumen Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2020

Abstract

Terhitung per tanggal 15 Mei 2020, kasus COVID-19 di di Jawa Tengah mencapai 1.115 kasus dengan 83 kematian, dan di Kabupaten Kebumen mencapai 29 kasus dengan 2 kematian. Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19 Kabupaten Kebumen mengadakan program rapid test antibodi massal secara gratis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hasil reaktif rapid test antibodi massal untuk skrining awal COVID-19 di Kabupaten Kebumen dengan hasil RT-PCR. Periode data yang dianalisis adalah data pasien reaktif rapid test antibodi yang dilakukan di pasar tradisional dan swalayan sejak tanggal 16 Mei hingga 10 Juni 2020 di 31 titik yang tersebar di 26 kecamatan di Kabupaten Kebumen. Hasil rapid test antibodi massal terdapat 194 orang reaktif yang selanjutnya dilakukan pemeriksaan RT-PCR agar dapat dikonfirmasi positif COVID-19 atau tidak. Hasil pemeriksaan RT-PCR menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua orang yang dikonfirmasi positif COVID-19. Tabulasi silang rapid test antibodi massal dengan RT-PCR menggunakan software Epi Info 7 menunjukkan hasil bahwa nilai sensitivitas dan spesifisitas rapid test antibodi massal masing-masing sebesar 28,57% dan 98,57%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemeriksaan rapid test antibodi kurang efektif untuk alat skrining COVID-19 karena hasil sensitivitas rapid test antibodi yang rendah, sehingga terdapat kemungkinan false negative lebih banyak pada alat skrining ini.
