Jenis Persalinan Berdasarkan Kesejahteraan Janin Menggunakan Non-Stress Test (NST): Studi Korelasional

Abstract

Kesejahteraan janin merupakan salah satu penentu jenis persalinan pada bersalin dengan menggunakan alat diagnostik Non-Stress Test (NST). Hasil NST dapat membantu persalinan yang optimal untuk ibu dan bayi. Namun, korelasi antara hasil NST dengan jenis persalinan (spontan atau tindakan) masih membutuhkan kajian lebih mendalam, terutama dengan memperhatikan profil status obstetri seperti GPA (Gravida, Paritas, Abortus) dan usia kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan hasil NST dan profil kehamilan dengan jenis persalinan. Penelitian dilakukan secara retrospektif dengan desain observasional analitik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dari Laporan Perawatan Perinatal dan NICU tahun 2023 sebanyak 1053. Penentuan data dengan tehnik sampling purposif menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa tabel data mencakup hasil NST, jenis persalinan, serta profil GPA dan usia kehamilan. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji contingency coefficient. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara hasil NST reaktif dan jenis persalinan spontan (nilai p 0.000). Profil riwayat paritas multi (1-4) dan kehamilan aterm (≥37 minggu) lebih sering terkait dengan persalinan spontan. Sebaliknya, hasil NST non-reaktif lebih sering terkait dengan persalinan tindakan (seksio sesarea). Hasil NST reaktif merupakan prediktor kuat untuk persalinan spontan. Pengukuran hasil NST dengan mempertimbangkan GPA dan usia kehamilan dapat meningkatkan perencanaan persalinan yang optimal.
