Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terus berubah dan berkembang sepanjang revolusi industri dan beberapa tahun terakhir.Tujuan dari tinjauan literatur sistematis ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai tantangan K3 di masa depan di negara-negara industri. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tinjauan literatur review Distribusi istilah dalam kata cloud berdasarkan frekuensi penggunaannya dalam abstrak artikel. Di antara kata-kata yang paling sering adalah konsep yang agak besar dan kompleks, seperti perubahan, iklim, paparan, industri, panas, teknologi, global, proses, biologi, manajemen, manufaktur, dan penyakit yang tidak semuanya merupakan tantangan OSH konkret seperti itu tetapi lebih seperti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan berkontribusi terhadap OSH.. Selain itu, tantangan spesifik cabang dalam industri dan layanan kesehatan juga ditentukan.Setiap karyawan dapat mengalami berbagai tantangan K3 mulai dari tekanan panas hingga penyerapan racun, gangguan muskuloskeletal, peningkatan beban psikososial, masalah ergonomis, serta kecelakaan dan cedera yang tidak terduga. Manajemen K3 dibahas dan penelitian di masa depan diusulkan.
