Determinan Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Pemerintah dan Rumah Sakit Swasta: Literature Review

Kurangnya informasi spesifik tentang temuan utama dan perbedaan signifikan antara determinan kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit pemerintah dan swasta. Tujuan: untuk menyediakan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai determinan kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit pemerintah dan rumah sakit swasta. Metode: penelitian ini adalah literature review menggunakan PubMed, dan Science Direct. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah "kepuasan pasien”. Hasil: Terdapat beberapa determinan kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit pemerintah dan swasta. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi karakteristik pasien (seperti usia, status sosial ekonomi, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dan pekerjaan), keberadaan asuransi kesehatan, kualitas penyedia layanan (terutama kualitas dokter), fasilitas penunjang (seperti laboratorium, radiologi, dan farmasi), serta fasilitas fisik (seperti kebersihan ruang perawatan, kamar penginapan, dan layanan diet). Kesimpulan: faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit pemerintah dan swasta meliputi karakteristik pasien (usia, status sosial ekonomi, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan), keberadaan asuransi kesehatan, kualitas penyedia layanan (kualitas dokter), fasilitas penunjang (laboratorium, radiologi, farmasi), serta fasilitas fisik (kebersihan ruang perawatan, kamar penginapan, layanan diet.
