Karakteristik Penjadwalan Kerja Perawat di Era Pandemi Covid-19

Penjadwalan kerja perawat masih menjadi masalah khususnya pada era pandemi covid-19. Perlu perhatian lebih agar tidak muncul dampak negatif dari pengaturan jadwal kerja yang tidak tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dari karakteristik penjadwalan kerja perawat di era pandemi covid-19 berdasarkan dari 6 variabel karakteristik penjadwalan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif retrospektif. Populasinya adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana di Rumah Sakit. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling sebanyak 88 responden. Metode pengumumpulan data survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil yang didapatkan, sebagian besar responden (88.64%) menilai baik dengan nilai mean terendah adalah coverage (2,59) dan tertinggi adalah cost (2,96). Penilaian karakteristik penjadwalan berdasarkan 6 variabel sudah baik, namun perlu diperhatikan untuk memenuhi kecukupan dari jumlah perawat agar kualitas layanan keperawatan lebih optimal.
