Penerapan Telenursing Latihan Fisik Media Smartphone pada Gangguan Muskuloskletal: Studi Literatur

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem teknologi informasi saat ini sudah berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Dalam bidang kesehatan sitem teknologi dan informasi pun menjadi sebuah peranan penting dimana interaksi pemberi pelayanan dan pasien kini tidak lagi terbatas oleh jarak dan waktu. Pasien kini dengan mudah dapat memanfaatkan perawatan dalam bentuk teknologi berbasis digital. Dalam perawatan muskuloskletal di beberapa negara maju sudah di terapkan Telenursing terkait latihan fisik dalam bentuk Synchronus, Asynchronus therapy. Tujuan dibuat nya study literatur ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan telenursing latihan fisik dengan media smarphone pada gangguan muskuloskletal. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah study literatur dan dilakukan analisis dari beberapa artikel yang didapat dari Proquest, ClinicalKey, Clinical key Nursing dan Ebsco. Dari 132 artikel yang didapatkan dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022 kemudian diseleksi sesuai dengan topik yang dibahas. Selanjutnya didapatkan 6 artikel yang dibahas. Hasil studi literatur ini didapatkan bahwa smartphone merupakan media dalam latihan fisik yang handal, mudah murah dan memiliki fleksibilitas yang tinggi menjadikan smartphone merupakan pilihan utama dalam telenursing latihan fisik.
