Pengaruh Abdominal Massage terhadap Konstipasi Pasien Stroke

Konstipasi sering dialami oleh klien stroke yang dirawat di rumah sakit. Melalui pelaksanaan Abdominal Massage dapat mengurangi kejadian konstipasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh abdominal massage terhadap konstipasi pada pasien stroke. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experimental design dengan non-equivalent with control group design post-test only. Sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling di RSUP Dr M Djamil Padang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang. Desain penelitian pre-experimental dengan two groups pretest–posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan block random dan jumlah pasien stroke di RSUD Dr M Djamil Padang adalah 60 orang. Pengumpulan data untuk konstipasi dengan mengunakan score CSS. Analisa data mengunakan uji mann-Whitney Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh abdominal massage terhadap konstipasi pasien stroke di bangsal neurologi RSUD Dr M Djamil Padang tahun 2024.
