Peningkatan Persepsi dan Sikap Anak Mengenai Kesehatan Seksual dan Kekerasan Seksual melalui Permainan Ular Tangga “DYLAN” di Bantul

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual dan pelecehan pada anak menjadi masalah global yang tersebar luas di Indonesia. Komisi Perlindungan Anak (KPAI) mencatat sebanya 1.880 kasus anak menjadi korban pelecehan seksual. Sekitar 67% dari pelecehan seksual terhadap anak terjadi di sekolah dasar. Masalah ini dapat dicegah dengan meningkatkan kesadaran dan sikap tentang kesehatan seksual dan kekerasan seksual yang berbasi pemainan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan bebasis game bebentuk ular tangga (“Dylan”ular tangga) dalam meningkatkan persepsi dans sikap anak mengenai kesehatan seksual dan kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasy-eksperimen pre tes-post test desain dengan kontrol grup. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Bulan Juni-Oktober 2021 di Bantul, Yogyakarta. Responden penelitian adalah 90 anak sekolah dasar berusia 6-12 tahun. Kelompok eksperimen (45 peserta) mendapatkan 1 sesi pendidikan seksual dengan media ular tangga “dylan”, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak mendapatkan pendidikan seksual. Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan persepsi dan sikap yang jauh lebih baik daripada kelompok kontrol. Rata-rata skor kelompok eksperimen meningkat secara signifikan setelah intervensi (rata rata dari 88,3 menjadi 91,4). Pendidikan seksual dengan media ular tangga “Dylan” memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan persepsi dan sikap anak mengenai kesehata seksual dan kekerasan seksual.
