Abstract

Peningkatan angka kejadian gangguan jiwa sejalan dengan peningkatan Skizofrenia yang salah satu tanda gejalanya adalah terjadi penurunanan komunikasi dan kemapuan interaksi. Salah satu masalah keperawatan yang dapat terjadi akibat hal tersebut adalah isolasi social. Social Skills Training (SST) merupakan salah satu terapi yang dapat digunakan pada permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi Social Skills Training (SST) pada pasien skizofrenia yang mengalami isolasi social. Metode penulisan menggunakan systematic literature review. Artikel didapat dengan pencarian elektronik dari 7 databased jurnal. Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan adalah subjek manusia, berbahasa inggris, dan free fulltext dari tahun 2014-2023. Artikel yang dianalisis sebanyak 10 artikel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa intervensi SST berpengaruh dan efektif meningkatkan kemampuan sosialisasi dan interaksi social pada pasien Skizofrenia yang mengalami isolasi social.
