Evaluasi Pengaruh Complementary Feeding terhadap Status Nutrisi Anak: Literature Review

Tinjauan ini menggunakan desain literature review dengan melakukan pencarian artikel dalam Bahasa Inggris dan terbit antara tahun 2011-2021 pada database PubMed, EBSCO, ProQuest, Clinical Key Nursing, Cochrane Library dan Secondary Searching. Kriteria pemilihan artikel sesuai dengan kerangka PICO (Populasi, Intervensi, Comparison, dan Outcome) dengan menggunakan Boolean “OR” dan “AND” dalam pencarian artikel. Elemen PICO dalam pencarian artikel adalah P: Children, I: Complementary Feeding, C: Standard Care, O: Nutritional Status.Sebanyak 660 artikel yang teridentifikasi dari database, dan 17 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dilakukan review. Diperoleh hasil bahwa pemberian intervensi complementary feeding berpengaruh terhadap status nutrisi anak, faktor yang memengaruhi diantaranya pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku orang tua, pendapatan orang tua, frekuensi pemberian makan, ibu bekerja, dan kualitas dan keragaman makanan. Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) adalah praktik pemberian complementary feeding yang bisa dilakukan. Pengenalan dini pemberian complementary feeding akan berpengaruh terhadap status nutrisi anak. Melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, program praktik complementary feeding bisa memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap status nutrisi anak.
