Efektivitas Terapi Musik terhadap Perubahan Kecemasan pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik dengan Hemodialisis di RS Swasta X dan Y di Bekasi Timur

Gagal ginjal kronik menjadi salah satu penyakit yang menjadi perhatian dari tahun ke tahun dan menjadi penyebab kematian ke 4 didunia. Gagal ginjal kronik akan ditangani dengan hemodialisis dan pengobatannya seumur hidup. Tindakan hemodialisis berdampak pada fisik juga psikologis yaitu munculnya kecemasan sebelum dilakukan hemodialisis. Salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi kecemasan yaitu dengan terapi musik relaksasi alam. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik terhadap kecemasan pasien selama hemodialisis. Disain penelitian Quasi experiment dengan case control, menggunakan responden sebanyak 31 orang untuk kelompok intervensi dan 36 orang untuk kelompok kontrol. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan mayoritas usia responden lansia akhir (44,8%), jenis kelamin laki laki (53,7%), lama hemodialisis > 6 bulan (74,6%), pendidikan SMP (40,3%) dan kecemasan pretest kecemasan sedang (77,6 %) dan kecemasan posttest kecemasan ringan (49,3%). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa terapi music relaksasi alam efektif menurunkan kecemasan dengan p value 0,000 (Pvalue < 0,05). Oleh sebab itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi musik relaksasi alam dapat dengan signifikan menurunkan kecemasan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik dengan hemodialisis, sehingga penerapan terapi musik relaksasi alam dapat diterapkan sebagai intervensi keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan melalui sarana dan prasarana di Rumah sakit khususnya ruangan hemodialisis.
