Pengaruh Pemberian Metronome Video dan Lagu Baby Shark dengan Kecepatan Kompresi Resusitasi Jantung Paru

Pelaksanaan resusitasi jantung paru (RJP) mewajibkan pelaksanaan RJP yang berkualitas. Salah satu indicator RJP yang berkualitas adalah kecepatan kompresi antara 100-120 kali per menit. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menguji efek Pendidikan Kesehatan penggunaan music untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kecepatan RJP sesuai yang ideal. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan lagu baby shark serta video RJP terhadap kecepatan RJP. Peneltian ini merupakan quasy experimental dengan jumlah sampel 68 responden selama 4 hari. Hari pertama, responden melakukan RJP lalu dihitung kecepatan RJP responden. Hari ke-2, ke-3 dan ke-4 responden mendengarkan lagu baby shark sekaligus melihat video RJP. Kemudian responden melakukan RJP setelah mendengarkan lagu. Analisa data menggunakan paired t-test. Dari 68 responden, mempunyai berat badan >50 kg sebanyak 43 responden. Rata-rata jumlah kompresi pada hari pertama 132,7 kali per menit. Pemberian intervensi dilakukan pada hari kedua, ketiga dan ke empat dan mempunyai rata-rata 128,9x per menit, 128,03x per menit dan 128,71 per menit. uji statistic menunjukkan nilai p value >0,05. Tidak ada pengaruh pemberian metronome baby shark terhadap kecepatan kompresi dada.
