Abstract

Pelaporan insiden dapat menjadi strategi dalam mengembangkan dan mempertahankan kesadaran terhadap resiko dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Pelaporan insiden adalah pendekatan yang harus ditingkatkan agar tercipta budaya keselamatan pasien namun yang menjadi permasalahaan besar adalah adanya hambatan-hambatan terkait pelaporan insiden, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi budaya pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih jauh faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan tingkat pelaporan insiden khususnya di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ende. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional untuk menganalisis budaya pelaporan insiden dan faktor yang berhubungan dengan budaya pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien pada perawat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ende dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 orang yang menggunakan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner komunikasi dan kerjasama tim serta IRCQ (Incident Reporting Culture Questionnaire) untuk Budaya palaporan Insiden Keselamatan Pasien, data ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi square dengan hasil p value 0,0872 (p ≥ 0,05)  masa kerja tidak berhubungan dengan budaya pelapiran insiden keselamatan pasien, sedangkan untuk komunikasi (p value 0,035) dan kerjasama tim (p value ≤ 0,032)  yang berarti jika p value  ≤ 0,05 ada hubungan komunikasi dan kerjasam tim dengan budaya pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien.
