Abstract

Masa Pandemi COVID-19 menjadi masalah serius dan berdampak pada kehidupan terutama di dunia pendidikan.  Adanya perubahan metode belajar dari tatap muka menjadi daring menimbulkan efek yang beragam pada mahasiswa keperawatan terutama pada masalah kesehatan  jiwa dan kemampuan mereka dalam mengatasi tantangan yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan efikasi diri dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa keperawatan dimasa transisi pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel yang paling berhubungan pada efikasi diri adalah tingkat kecemasan dan dukungan sosial. Variabel tingkat kecemasan menjadi peluang terbesar untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri mahasiswa keperawatan dengan nilai odd ratio 112,316. Pihak pendidikan perlu menambahkan mata kuliah elektif manajemen stress menjadi mata kuliah dasar pada mata kuliah konsep dasar keperawatan. Peneliti berikutnya dapat melihat dukungan sosial yang lebih bermanfaat dalam 3 dimensi seperti dukungan sosial keluarga, dukungan sosial teman dan orang penting terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan dan meningkatkan efikasi diri mahasiswa keperawatan semester II di Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Indonesia.
