Abstract

Setiap bayi baru lahir (BBL) memerlukan kehangatan setelah dilahirkan sebagai bentuk adaptasi bayi diluar uterin. Perawatan bayi yang tepat pada awal kelahiran dapat mengurangi kematian BBL. Tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh perawatan skin to skin contact pada bayi baru lahir dengan berbagai keadaan. Desain penelitian lielatur review. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “Therapy” AND “Intervention” AND “Non Farmakologi” AND “skin to skin contact”. dengan bantuan database Willey, Pubmed, Science Direct, Sprink Link, Cambridge, serta Taylor & France . Kriteria inklusi penelitian ini adalah: jenis artikel primer yang dipublikasikan full text dalam rentang tahun 2010-2020, penelitian kuantitatif yang membahas tentang pengaruh skin to skin contact pada BBL. Hasil pencarian artikel didapatkan 1.449 artikel. Willey 157 artikel, Pubmed 189 artikel, science direct 125 artikel, sprink link 645 artikel, Cambridge 210 artikel, Taylor & France Online 123 artikel. Setelah disesuaikan kriteria inkluasi, maka tersisa 14 artikel yang kemudian ditelaah kualitasnya dengan menggunakan JBI. SSC efektif dalam meningkatkan interaksi vokal dan menurunkan tangisan bayi, meningkatkan penurunan tinggi fundus uteri, mengurangi stres oksidatif ibu dan risiko infeksi neonatal, meningkatkan inisiasi menyusui, menstabilkan berat bayi, meningkatkan breastfeeding, meningkatkan fungsi sistem saraf autonomis pada bayi dengan penyakit jantung bawaan, dan meningkatkan perkembangan fisik bayi.  SSC berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan BBL dan ibunya sehingga disarankan sebagai terapi untuk perawatan BBL di rumah sakit dan di rumah.
