Pengaruh Terapi Musik ‘Weightless’ terhadap Kecemasan Pasien Pre Operatif dalam Perspektif Keperawatan

Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering dialami oleh pasien pre-operatif, yang dapat berdampak pada kondisi psikologis dan fisiologis pasien selama masa perioperatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh terapi musik Weightless terhadap kecemasan pasien pre-operatif dalam perspektif keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experiment dengan pendekatan time series. Sebanyak 16 pasien pre-operatif elektif berusia ≥17 tahun menjadi responden. Tingkat kecemasan diukur menggunakan instrumen Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS-A) versi Bahasa Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Friedman dan uji post hoc Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan pada tingkat kecemasan pasien setelah diberikan terapi musik Weightless (p < 0,05). Responden yang sebelumnya mengalami kecemasan berat, setelah intervensi terapi musik Weightless, mayoritas tidak mengalami kecemasan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi musik Weightless dapat menjadi alternatif nonfarmakologis yang efektif untuk mengurangi kecemasan pre-operatif.
