Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan produktivitas pegawai, termasuk perawat di Puskesmas. Pengelolaan kepuasan kerja akan tepat sasaran jika diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengulas dan menganalisis berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat Puskesmas serta pengelompokan faktor-faktor tersebut. Artikel ini merupakan Literature review untuk menganalisis artikel yang berfokus pada pembahasan kepuasan kerja perawat.  Pencarian dalam database dari  sumber data: Google Scholar, Science Direct, Pubmed, ProQuest dan  Perpusnas. Kata kunci “factor” AND “job satisfaction” AND “nurse” AND “primary healthcare”untuk literatur yang diterbitkan antara Januari 2021 hingga Juni 2024. Sebanyak Data disusun, diringkas dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel. Jumlah studi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dari 41 artikel yang eligible didapatkan 12 artikel.  Selanjutnya artikel dianalisis untuk mengali data mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kinerja perawat di puskesmas; yaitu faktor gaji, insentif, tunjangan dan kompensasi ,faktor lingkungan kerja, adanya promosi jabatan dan peluang pengembangan karir, tunjangan di luar gaji, rekan kerja, beban kerja, pengawasan dari atasan, motivasi, tanggungjawab, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, kesesuaian kepribadian dengan pekerjaan, tipe puskesmas, status kepegawaian, jenis kelamin, usia dan status kewarganegaraan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat puskesmas dapat dikelompokkan menjadi 2 kategori faktor, yaitu faktor intrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik.
